Access to the contents of our website, downloads and presentation and printing of these contents are permitted. These contents may not be modified, copied or disseminated without our prior consent.

2. Data Protection and Privacy

Waelti Partners AG is committed to compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. For this purpose, we have developed internal guidelines regarding data protection and check compliance therewith on an ongoing basis. The main principiles of our internal guidelines regarding data protection are:

a) Information regarding our clients and candidates will only be saved for the purpose of performing our recruitment consultancy/executive search services and further HR services.

b) We reserve the right to forward data regarding our candidates to clients. However, any forwarding of personal data to clients will always require the prior consent of the candidate.

c) Persons who send us their data in an unsolicited way will be informed that their data will be registered in our database unless they object against this. Persons who apply for a concrete position will be requested to explicitly authorize Waelti Partners AG to save their data.

d) Waelti Partners AG will not save any sensitive personal data, such as information regarding their political, religious or sexual orientation, health etc., nor will it further process these.

e) Waelti Partners AG protects data with technical and organisational means against accidental or illegal destruction, accidental loss, illegal changes or unauthorised forwarding or access.

f) Persons whose personal data were processed at Waelti Partners AG shall be entitled to obtain information from Waelti Partners AG about the way and purpose of processing and the recipients of the data. These persons are entitled to access all data arising out of a search process with their name. Moreover they shall be entitled to claim correction and/or deletion of the data.

Our clients are kindly requested to use at least the same standards with regard to data protection.
