a) When visiting the website

When visiting our website www.waeltipartners.ch, the browser used on your device will automatically send information to our website’s server. The data processing to establish a contact with us according to Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR will incur on the basis of your voluntary consent. After completion of your request, the collected personal data will be automatically deleted.

On our website, we are using cookies, i.e., small files that are automatically being created by your browser and that will be saved on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies will not cause any harm on your device and do not contain any viruses, trojans or similar malware.

In the cookie, data will only be filed to the extent they are directly relating to the specific device. As a result, we will not directly gain knowledge about your identity.

Tracking Tools: The tracking tools mentioned hereunder and used by us are being conducted on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking tools used, we intend to ensure a needs-based design and ongoing optimisation of our website. In addition, we are using tracking tools to statistically analyse the use of our website and to evaluate said use for the purpose of optimizing our offer. Thus, we have legitimate interests as mentioned above. The respective purposes of data processing and data categories are set out in the respective tracking tools.

Google Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics.

6.7. Rights of Persons Affected

You are entitled:

• to demand information about your personal data processed by us according to gemäss Art. 15 GDPR. • to demand, according to Art. 16 GDPR, immediate correction of inaccurate, or completion, of your personal data stored by us;
• to demand, according to Art. 17 GDPR, deletion of your personal data stored by us to the extent the processing is not required by us for the purpose of using our freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a statutory duty, for reasons of public interest or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• to demand, according to Art. 18 GDPR, the limitation of the processing of your personal data to the extent you are contesting the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful while you reject their deletion and we do not further need the data, but you need them for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or you have appealed according to Art. 21 GDPR against the processing;
• to obtain, according to Art. 20 GDPR, your personal data that you had provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, or demand forwarding to another responsible;
• to revoke at any time, according to Art. 7 Par. 3 GDPR, the consent you had previously expressed towards us. As a consequence, we may no longer continue the data processing that was covered by your consent; and
• to complain at the supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR. Generally, you may contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence, place of work or at the place of our registered office.
