Urs Fischer (Chairman of the Board)

Urs Fischer is a business economist HWV and Swiss certified tax expert. His experience includes seven years as a tax adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Bern area. Since 1997, he has been managing as co-owner and partner the Burgdorf based company Forum für Treuhand AG.

Mladen Mumalo (Member of the Board and Managing Partner)

Mladen Mumalo, MBA (LaSalle University), worked for eight years as an international underwriter for a large Swiss insurance group based in Basel. Thereafter, he joined the Swiss affiliate of a multinational recruitment consultancy group where he established the insurance division and an additional Swiss office of the group.

Felix Waelti (Member of the Board and Managing Partner)

Felix Waelti, Attorney at law LL.M. (Universities Bern and Amsterdam), spent several years as a tax and legal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Bern area. Thereafter, he served for 13 years as in-house counsel for the Basel based companies Novartis, Danzas/DHL (Deutsche Post) and DSM Nutritional Products (formerly Roche Vitamins). During 5 years, he was examiner of the association Swiss Marketing (SMC) at the exams of Swiss Certified Sales Managers.
