The Company

Waelti Partners AG is managed as an independent company by its co-owners, the partners.

The company aims among other things at providing consultancy services in the field of recruitment consultancy including executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) as well as career transition services.

Competence, experience, independence and the use of proven measures enable us to find a suitable specialist or manager for your company and the respective position in a prompt, efficient and cost-effective way.

By means of an interdisciplinary team of experienced consultants, strong networks, an updated database of candidates and the effective direct approach, Waelti Partners AG is in a position to act successfully on the Swiss and neighboring European markets.

Urs Fischer

Chairman of the Board

Urs Fischer is a business economist HWV and Swiss certified tax expert. His experience includes seven years as a tax adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Bern area. Since 1997, he has been managing as co-owner and partner the Burgdorf based company Forum für Treuhand AG.

Felix Waelti

Member of the Board and Managing Partner

Felix Waelti, Attorney at law LL.M. (Universities Bern and Amsterdam), spent several years as a tax and legal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Bern area. Thereafter, he served for 13 years as in-house counsel for the Basel based companies Novartis, Danzas/DHL (Deutsche Post) and DSM Nutritional Products (formerly Roche Vitamins). During 5 years, he was examiner of the association Swiss Marketing (SMC) at the exams of Swiss Certified Sales Managers.
