Responsibilities:

• Assume the position of Managing Director of the group’s Feed Technology School
• Provide a sound training and world-class education to specialists in feed processing, feed business management, machine operation, maintenance and animal nutrition
• Enable colleagues and customers to cope with future challenges of compound feed production by providing the latest knowledge and sharing best practices
• Be accountable for the full range of activities associated with worldwide trainings on Feed Process Technology, the Schools for Feed Milling Technology and the Feed Application Centers in China, USA and Switzerland
• Bring the worldwide network of the group’s Feed Milling Schools to the next level of performance and reputation by revised concepts, staffing, curricula and branding
• Continuous expansion of the courses offered by the Feed Milling Schools
• Lectures on selected topics in the field of Feed Processing and Animal Science
• Definition of the scope, concept, layout, capacity and utilization planning of the group’s worldwide feed application centers
• Responsibility for the content and organization of Feed Technology trainings for colleagues and customers
• Establish and maintain a Feed specialist career path in the group’s worldwide organization

Qualifications:

• Degree and minimum two year’s working experience in Food or Feed Technology, Agricultural Biochemistry, Agronomy or comparable
• Very good German and English knowledge, additional language skills are highly appreciated
• Proven pedagogical and didactical skills or education
• Basic knowledge in business administration
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Creative drive and entrepreneurship
• Readiness to travel worldwide (about 30%)
